Refund policy

We want you to love your MOFRA extensions. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened products with the hygiene seal intact, in their original MOFRA packaging. Opened, worn, washed, colored, or styled extensions cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, contact us first through our Contact page with your order number. We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
